The "10-Year-Old Tawny Port" is an elegant and complex Port Tawny made in traditional granitic pressers and aged in used barrels, ready to drink.
 
It should be served lightly fresh as an aperitif or as a perfect garnish for chocolate desserts or cheeses. In this case, we’ve chosen to harmonize it with bonbons, to celebrate any special date.
 
The Quinta da Pedra Alta is located on the Vale do Douro’s heart on the subregion Cima Corgo. Marquês de Pombal has positioned Marcos Pombalinos (granitic landmarks) in Douro’s valley, announcing to the world that those are the best Douro’s vineyard. Quinta da Pedra Alta is the only vineyard that still has three of the landmarks in perfect condition. 35 hectares of vineyards in ledges, with shale soils, and little plateaus with different soils, the endless varieties of grapes (some with more than 30 years), and steep slopes that start with a breath-taking view at 550 meters and descend to 230 meters to find the river. These are the natural tools that contribute to everything, starting from the fruit’s quality and the Port Wines, that the owners, João and Matt, create.
