The "Dry Gin" from Wild Snow Dog is a Portuguese Gin that is distilled in Serra da Estrela, made of Wild Junipers' berries, a plant that grows in that area, and other more nine selected botanists: Lemon rind, Coriander seeds, Kumquat, Cassia, Cinnamon, Wild Celery root, Almond, Rose, and Nutmeg.
 
This Portuguese Gin won the gold medal at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC)
 
Aroma: Classic citric, zingy, and complex
Flavour: Predominance of citric elements.
Final: Dry, and lasting Junipers and Spices.
